JUST A REMINDER!!

We hope you all come out to see the wonderful job the decorators have done to their "cottages" and especially hope to see you at our cottage!  Ann of ReArrangements has decorated it "Brocante Style" using furniture and accessories from Brocante Home, including many new items that you have not seen at the shop.  The Showcase will be open next Thursday, June 4th through Sunday, June 7th.  You can purchase tickets at Brocante Home, or at the door.  

Also, our next design class, Mastering the Mix of Vintage and New will be held at our design cottage on Friday, June 5th from 4pm-5pm.  Call for reservations.

MASTERING THE MIX

Our next design class, Mastering the Mix of Vintage and New, will be Friday, June 5th, from 4pm to 5pm at the RW-C Decorator Showcase cottage that is being decorated by Ann Carpenter of ReArrangements using furnishings and accessories found at Brocante Home.  Ann's philosphy is to use the things you already have as a basis for your new look.  By rearranging and adding a few new items, paint color and maybe rugs, you can change the entire look of your home.  We love this idea at Brocante Home since we specialize in mixing vintage furniture and accessories with new ones for our unique look.

DECORATOR SHOWCASE - June 4-7

Five Houses.  Five Decorators.  One Fabulous Showcase!  

Join Brocante Home and ReArrangements as we and five other area designers decorate the cottages at Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury in Irvington, VA.  The RWC sponsored showcase will feature five custom decorated cottages, a tour of their White Garden and refreshments by the lake.  Tour the cottages, get great ideas and best of all, purchase the furniture and accessories.  Distressed and hand-painted furniture, old-fashioned garden pieces, elegant chandeliers and one of a kind European decorative accessories will give the Brocante Home Cottage French Style and Vintage Charm!  We have tickets available for sale at Brocante Home or you may purchase them at the door.

INTRODUCING "THE BROCANTE COLLECTION"

We are excited to tell you that over the next few months, we will be introducing our new line of furniture and bedding "THE BROCANTE COLLECTION".   All will be in our signature look, Brocante Style.  The furniture will be mostly painted in a variety of distressed finishes (including Paris Distressed - oh la la!!).  Also, just arrived in the shop are fabric samples from the new bedding collection.  Now is the time to outfit your beds for a Paris Spring!

Painting Class a Hit!

We had our biggest turnout ever for the Design Classes!  Thanks to all who made it a success!

Our next class, Mastering the Mix of Vintage and New, will be held on Friday, June 5th from 4pm - 5pm.  It will be held at RWC (Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury) in Irvington at their Designer Show House.  Ann of ReArrangements and Brocante Home will be designing a cottage in Brocante Style!  The show house will be open Thursday thru Sunday, June 4 thru 7.  I will send more information later.
